We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from:

  • Pre-existing wear, defects, or damage
  • Items packed by the Client without professional packing services
  • Improper packaging performed by third parties
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or other uncontrollable events
  • Structural limitations at pickup or delivery locations

Claims must be reported within the timeframe outlined in the service agreement.
